Description: As a graphic designer it is sometimes difficult to make the leap from static designs to animated or interactive ones. If you have been asked to create a web or disc-based presentation, it may feel like a stretch to translate your graphics work into an interactive Flash presentation. Flash offers a broad range of interactive capabilities and tools for the graphic designer, and with instruction can easily be used for many common motion design tasks, from animations to menu systems to full-blown interactive experiences. This course introduces you to graphic design tools, importing design elements, and creating timeline-based animations with Flash, along with creating interactivity. If you are looking to create strong eye-catching visuals in motion, this course will introduce you to everything you need to know to get started.
Topics: Introduction to animation, Flash capabilities, controlling movie navigation, rollovers, understanding object-oriented code, and creating scripted animations.
